RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (Only for Domestic Orders)
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery date.
For returns, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity of 6 months.
In case of exchange, customer can select the different size or product whereas the difference for the higher product amount will be paid from the customer and the difference with the lower product amount will be credited in the form of store credit.
The store credit will be initiated if the size for the exchange is not available.

Once the request is made, it takes 48 hours for our team to approve the same and initiate a reverse pickup from the customer's address (in case no reverse pickup agents are available on any specific pincodes, then the customer will have to send back the parcel to our warehouse after having a word with the support team over whatsapp)
The reverse pickup takes another 2-3 days to get it picked. Once it reaches the warehouse, The refunds/exchanges are made after QC.
It takes 2-3 days for any exchange product to be made, and other 3 days to reach the customer.
Customized products according to the customer requirements are not eligible for the return or exchange.
Delivery failed for prepaid orders due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for the refund. The store credit will be initiated after deducting the logistic charges. We refund the amount to source account if the product is delayed more than 45 days.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Please ensure the returned product is unused, not damaged and has the original packaging, original invoice and label.
Slight colour changes are not eligible for return/exchange request.
Please take the picture of the product at the time of giving to the reverse pick up, as the wrong product receiving will not be accepted for the exchange or return. Accordingly, an unboxing video is required to support the claim for wrong/damaged products received..
After receiving the product it will go through the QC process.
It takes 5-6 working days for the process after receiving the product to dispatch the new product or initiate store credit once it passes the process.
Return and exchange will be done once per order.
