Shipping policy

1. It takes 2 working days to dispatch the order
2. COD orders will only dispatch after the confirmation from the customer.
3. It usually takes 2-3 Working days to deliver the order.
4. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or phone/whataspp from our delivery partner.
5. In exceptional cases, customers gets informed by our support team, or you can reach out to us via email

Any order purchased through store credits/ gift cards won't be exchanged/returned by the team. Any outfit once exchanged, won't be returned/exchanged again.

For Express Deliveries, Rs.150 is the extra amount charged to have the fit under 72 hours.
This excludes weekends and holidays. 

In case any order isnt delivered on time despite paying extra for express, the extra amount i.e. Rs.150 would be refunded in the form of bank transfer to the customer.

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition, so we only work with reputed courier partners to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.

International Orders:

Important : The customs and duties for international orders will be borne by customer.

Orders placed through gift card or store credits can't be returned/exchanged. Likewise, exchanged orders can't be exchanged/returned again.
